Rice Harbut Elliott LLP has commenced proceedings in the Supreme Court of British Columbia against JUUL LABS CANADA, LTD. A copy of the Notice of Civil Claim commencing this lawsuit has been filed.

Health Canada has recently published an advisory warning of potential risks of pulmonary illness associated with vaping products.
