Jaclyn’s practice is dedicated exclusively to class actions and mass torts. Having spent her early legal career developing expertise in major multiparty disputes at an international law firm, Jaclyn decided to dedicate her skills to achieving justice for plaintiffs who have suffered a loss as a result of the systemic wrongs represented in class action claims.
She is passionate that every person has an equal right to fair treatment and equal access to justice; that the appropriate measure of legal wrongdoing is not the financial impact on a single person, but the impact it has on how we understand justice. She believes in class action litigation as a tool to remove the legal obstacles individuals face in having their voices heard and equalizing the relationship between large or well capitalized organizations and the individuals affected by their behavior. Her practice currently includes acting for individuals harmed as a result of defective pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer products including e-cigarettes.
To deliver the best results for her clients, Jaclyn employs a talent for analyzing and un-complicating complex issues and finding the most practical route to success.

Jaclyn spends her free time trying to get the most out of life. You can find her in the winter trying to keep up with her husband on the Whistler slopes, or in the summer indulging her inner epicurean on a patio with friends and family. She’s working her way through her travel bucket list; having recently crossed off her dream African safari she’s set her sights on a kayak trip down the Amazon river.
