ICBC appeal of $265,000 future loss of earning capacity award unanimously dismissed by BC Court of Appeal.
ICBC appealed a 2021 future loss of income earning capacity award to RHE client Kristen Kringhaug in the amount of $265,000 (total judgment damages were for just over $385,000). RHE partner John Rice was counsel at the trial level and on appeal. Following the hearing, ICBC’s appeal was unanimously dismissed, with reasons authored by Mr. Justice Marchand.
