RHE secures trial award of $631,000 after ICBC says Plaintiff entitled to nothing
RHE lawyers Silvana Herra and Jesse Kendall successfully fought for a 52-year-old man suffering from chronic pain and mental health issues, obtaining $631,341 in damages. ICBC admitted liability for the accident but alleged that the Plaintiff should not receive any compensation.
The Court disagreed, recognizing the plaintiff’s suffering, including exacerbation of prior injuries, chronic pain, anxiety, and depression.
