JUUL E-Cigarettes Class Action
Rice Harbut Elliott LLP has commenced proceedings in the Supreme Court of British Columbia against JUUL LABS CANADA, LTD. AND JUUL LABS, INC. in a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of all Canadians who have developed pulmonary illness (coughing, shortness of breath, chest pain) or similar symptoms after using JUUL ® brand e-cigarettes in Canada without being advised of the risks of using such products.
