Kaylee CunninghamArticled Student
Kaylee earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus on forensic psychology, exploring how police officers, judges, jurors, and criminal offenders think and make decisions. Her academic excellence placed her at the top of her undergraduate program, granting her access to advanced coursework in research statistics and methodology—skills she now draws on to assess and understand scientific evidence in legal cases.
Over two summers during law school, Kaylee gained courtroom experience in articling positions with counsel for the Ministry of Child and Family Development, where she regularly appeared as agent in the Provincial Court of British Columbia on child protection matters.
Kaylee is deeply committed to addressing social issues through the law and believes that class actions are among the most effective tools for combating systemic harms. Her primary areas of interest at RHE include class actions, consumer product liability, toxic torts, and medical malpractice.
