ICBC defended the case and said most of the Plaintiff’s problems related to her divorce and career decisions she made regardless of the car accident. ICBC’s theory of the case was rejected by the trial judge. Our client was awarded damages for pain and suffering; for past income loss; for future loss of earning capacity; for treatment expenses; and for future treatment costs. ICBC gave notice of an appeal but then dropped it and paid the damages.
